2. File task group (Tony Pan)

The file drafttp1.doc was discussed (document attached)

3. Binary task group (Kemp Watson)

The files draftkw1.htm and draftkw2.htm were discussed (documents attached)

4. Submission model for CDEs

The file draftgm1.htm was discussed.

5. Kemp will work on CDEs as per discussion.
  
Tony will work through listserver to develop use case models for 
file specifications.

Jules will send modifications of CDE model for listserver 
discussion.  Hopefully we will have a final model in the next
week or twol

6. Cass was adjourned at 2:00 P.M.
