• P. 32. First sentence of second paragraph should contain, "...when we try to determine...".
• P. 60. Last sentence of first paragraph, "that that" should be "that".
• P. 64. First sentence of section 4.15. The sentence should end with a question mark, not a period.
• P. 70. First sentence of second paragraph of section 5.4 should be, "Urodele organisms (newts and salamanders) and anuran organisms (frogs and toads) are amphibians.
• P. 126. First sentence of third paragraph. Parenthetic expression should be "(of skin, lung, colon, pancreas, and esophagus)".
• P. 200. List 16.2.1 indicates that four items will follow. List only has three items. The list title, and the preceding paragraph in section 16.2, should specify three reasons, not four.
• P. 206. Caption for Figure 16.7. Last word should be "nucleolus".
• P. 224. List 18.5.1. "Myocardial rhabdomyoma" is redundant and should be deleted.
• P. 227 and 228. Title for List 19.1.1, more acurately, should be "Our Family Line".
• P. 234. First sentence of bottom paragraph should be, "Are there mesenchymal tumors of neural crest origin that are different from mesenchymal tumors of mesodermal origin?" Revision made 2/26/09
